The General Terms and Conditions of the Bandasy.com Online Shop are compiled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the Personal Data Protection Act (Zvop-1), and the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GZS) and international codes for e-business. Bandasy.com is an online store operated by Amkg Group d.o.o., Dolinska Cesta 60, 6000 Koper, Slovenia, a provider of e-commerce services, and is responsible for all content, advertising, and prices on the website bandasy.com (hereinafter referred to as the Provider). The Terms and Conditions examine the operation of Bandasy online store, user rights, and the business relationship between the provider and a customer.

Payment methods:

The bandasy.com store enables the following methods of payment:

  • Cash on delivery ( for selected countries only ) 
  • Via proforma is requested by customer

The provider issues an invoice that includes all costs and fees including tax rate, delivery cost, products costs and any other fees/costs related to the purchase with a breakdown of the costs and a notice to the customer on how to withdraw from the purchase and return the product, if necessary, and possible.

The purchase agreement (order) is electronically stored on a third party server accessible to the provider (to the customer, in confirmation form / receives confirmation of order, and other relevant info as shipping, billing, costs, fees ... )


Online prices apply to all ''members'' or ''guest'' customers of bandasy.com. The user becomes a bandasy.com member by registering in the online store bandasy.com. Registration is also possible during the procedure of purchase. All prices include VAT unless it is explicitly stated otherwise. Prices are valid at the time of the order and do not have a predefined validity. Prices are valid in cases of payment by the above-stated methods of payment, under the above conditions. In the event that the price of the item changes during order processing as soon as the website is able to process the change - Bandasy/Amkg Group d.o.o. will never change prices in order to have an effect on the already in progress orders

The customer will be informed if Bandasy.com experiences any issues or malfunctions that might cause errors and those errors will be mitigated accordingly. The provider will make the most effort to provide a lower price to the buyer or offer a suitable solution that will be mutually satisfying in case of an error any other similar event. The purchase contract between the provider and the customer is concluded in the moment of the provider`s order confirmation (the customer receives an electronic message “Order Confirmed”). From that moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the provider and the buyer.

Funds paid by gift vouchers, bonuses and prepayments do not bear interest. Gift vouchers and bonus discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash.


After delivery of the ordered items, the seller also sends the buyer an invoice in PDF format to the buyer's email address. In the case of personal collection at the collection point, the buyer can receive a printed invoice or digital via email for the purchased items upon collection. The buyer receives an invoice for each separate order or separate shipment within the order separately. For orders addressed to EU/other countries, the invoices are issued by company Amkg Group d.o.o., Dolinska cesta 60, 6000 Koper, Slovenia, (registration number 8618593000, VAT number SI23979267, which is liable for VAT. The buyer is obliged to check the correctness of the data before placing an order. Later objections regarding the correctness of the issued invoices will not be considered. Purchase procedure:

1. Order confirmed

Moments after receiving the order, but not exceeding 48 hours, the Seller shall review the order, check the availability or any other parameter affecting the order and the products, and confirm the order or reject it specifying the reason. The Seller reserves the right to contact the customer to his contact telephone number/email etc., if necessary to inform of any issues, missing info from the customer etc. Upon confirmation of the order, the Seller informs the customer by e-mail, about the order status and shipping progress. The purchase agreement between the customer and the Seller is concluded at this stage.

2. Order dispatched

The Seller packs the purchased goods and dispatches them within the promised time period, informing the customer by e-mail or phone about the shipping.

Right of withdrawal, the return of goods:

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods (first good, in case of multiple packages). To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform the company Amkg Group d.o.o., Dolinska cesta 60, 6000 Koper, Slovenia, of your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, or e-mail to info@bandasy.com. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

All exchanges are subject to prices based on the date of exchange – no additional discount are possible basis on previous sales or discounts.

If you chose to receive the offered gift with any of the currently ongoing promotions and subsequently withdraw from the contract, you must also return the received gift. Otherwise, the value of the gift is deducted from the final amount of the returned products. If the items you keep from the order in question still fulfill the terms of the promotion, you can keep the gift.

Withdrawals from the purchase and return of goods is possible up to 60 days upon your order - as an additional curtesy to the customer, not guided by local law. In order for your withdrawal/return to be valid, you should follow the below process, strictly :

1. You can exchange/return all items seen on the bandasy.com website. Exceptions are workout programs and underwear or some body suits
2. We only accept unworn, unwashed and 100% functional products with no show of damage
3. If you damaged the product whilst trying-on, working-out or just by improper handling, we DO NOT except those returns. All products must be 100% same as received with original tags and original package – if you damaged the outer package, you must provide a new one, that will fully protect the products inside. If the products arrive not fully protected, we will not accept your return or exchange
4. For any reason besides return of damaged products before wearing ( products that have arrived damaged ), the customer must cover all delivery expenses related to your exchange or return

IMPORTANT : We take extreme measures to ensure that all received products are 100% functional and as seen on the website. Our procedures before packaging might include : taking photos of the sent items, double checking full functionality etc.

Effects of withdrawal:

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you or try to arrange any other request a customer might have. Without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days ( 20, in case of large work load periods ) from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We do not offer free returns or exchanges, unless you are a member or our ''VIP'' program. Subject non-negotiable. 

We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any additional unexplained fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods.

The goods must be returned unused, undamaged, in original packaging with all accompanying documentation. In case the returned goods are damaged, in modified quantity or in non-original packaging, no refund is possible.



Unless otherwise indicated by the customer at the time of order, delivery of the goods will be carried out at the place indicated by the customer in the order by means of a carrier chosen by the supplier. Delivery of ordered goods will take place within the foreseen timeframe (sometimes due to special circumstances the delivery may take longer). Customer acknowledges that the delivery terms are intended as merely indicative, they cannot in any way be considered essential and do not in any way bind the supplier. If an item is purchased during a sale or with a discounted price above 10%, the delivery date can be prolonged up to 14 days.
Delivery reimbursment is possible only if the buyer received an item as damaged or in non-functional form.
Any changes, swaps etc. of purchased products are subject to a charge on the buyer. The seller will not cover the costs of item swaps or size changes.

Seller may use any of the following delivery providers for any purchase on the bandays.com online store: Pošta Slovenije, UPS, GLS, DPD or DHL.

Additional delivery info

The staff of the above-mentioned online store and company is not obligated to ship or pack any packages during the weekend. Bandasy.com operates only in the following areas: EU, other countries.
There is no general spend limit for free shipping as it is dependent on the ordering party country origin. Free shipping is only possible with special discount codes or if spend amount is passed a certain point.

Right to privacy:

Gathered data will be used exclusively for sending information material, offers, invoices, conducting their own research and analysis, and other necessary communication. User data shall in no case be handed over to a third party.


The provider can contact the customer through means of long-distance communication unless the latter specifically does not want to.

Commercial electronic messages must include the following elements:

Settlement of consumer disputes: 

The Seller does not recognize any contractor as competent for out-of-court dispute settlement regarding consumer disputes, which the consumer may trigger.

The provider respects existing consumer protection legislation. The provider is obliged to establish an effective system for dealing with complaints. In the event of problems, the customer can contact the provider by phone or email. Complaints can be filed via the mail info@bandasy.com or by writing a letter to the company. The provider will confirm that they have received a complaint within five working days and inform the customer on further inspection of the case. The provider is aware that the essential characteristics of consumer dispute, at least as far as solving the case, is a disproportion between the economic value of the claim and the costs incurred in resolving the dispute. That is also a major reason, why the consumer does not initiate legal action. Therefore, the provider uses their best efforts to resolve any disputes amicably. Any consumer disputes shall be settled amicably. If such a settlement is not possible, the competent court in Koper shall have jurisdiction over any disputes. The aforementioned regulation is based on the Law on Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes, Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the online settlement of consumer disputes and amending Regulation (EC) No 2006/2004 and Directive 2009/22/EC.
