WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:

• Advisable to use washing bag for delicate clothing
• Best for short program washing
• Wash separately from different colour clothing

• During drying, set flat

While wearing scrunch leggings DO NOT do/perform: 

• heavy powerlifting or weightlifting in tight fitting
• sports or other activities where you perform: extrem stretching (splits, sprints, gymnastics)
